- Jun'ichi Nakahara was born on February 16, 1913 in Shirotori, Ôkawa, Kagawa, Japan. He is known for Gogo 8 ji 13 pun (1956), Midori harukani (1955) and Wasureji no gogo 8 ji 13 pun (1957). He was married to Kuniko Ashihara. He died on April 19, 1983.

- In 1978, he wrote new Japanese lyrics for the French song "C'est si bon" which was written in 1947 by André Hornez (lyrics) and Henri Betti (music). The song was recorded by Yukihiro Takahashi. The original Japanese lyrics were written by Tokiko Iwatani in 1952.
