Biography

Emilie Sofie Johannesen is a Norwegian actress and screenwriter working across film and television. Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom for several years, she works in both Norwegian- and English-language productions, is fluent in English with a strong command of Received Pronunciation (RP), and performs in multiple Norwegian dialects.

Alongside her acting career, Johannesen develops original film and television projects as a writer and creator. Her short film Runde 2 was acquired by NRK, and her work has been screened at festivals in Norway and internationally.
