Biography

Michel Duprez is a self-taught composer. After a first life in rock and pop circles where he created a recording studio, he had a revelation in 2011, through film music, which he discovered via the theatre like an almost mystic disclosure.

A man of melodies and textures at the same time, his work exudes a freedom of tone in keeping with his career. His tragic-comic style expresses in independent feature films, committed documentaries and fictional and/or animated series.

For several years, Michel has been fond of collaborating with other composers, always looking for a greater diversity in the writing of soundtracks.

Since 2020, Michel has been developing a very prolific duo with Gwenaël Mario Grisi.
