Marie Richardson is an LA-based filmmaker specializing in post production. She is on the Industry Experience Roster with the Local 700 as an Assistant Editor.
She was an editor on the IDA Award winning limited docuseries, "A Town Called Victoria," streaming on Amazon Prime and PBS. She was post production supervisor and online editor on the documentary feature, "Weldon and his Unlikely Allies," online editor and colorist on the series "Baylen Out Loud" streaming on Max and airing on TLC, and an assistant editor on the documentary feature "One Person, One Vote?" streaming on PBS.
She has edited numerous short form projects including scripted film, documentaries, branded and social media content, and music videos. Her clients for commercial editing work include Fujifilm, CBRE, and Indiana University among many others.
She received her MFA in Film Production from the UCLA School of Theatre, Film, and Television and her BA in Telecommunications (Film) from Indiana University.
