Sarah Reasons

Sarah Reasons, a native of Mesa, Arizona, began performing at the age of two and, by five, had already developed a passion for dance. At thirteen, she moved to Los Angeles, where she joined the cast of the hit TV show, Dance Moms and starred in seasons four and five. Her time on the show showcased her talent in ballet, lyrical, contemporary, and jazz, and she developed a large international following. After Dance Moms, Sarah transitioned to acting, landing roles in commercials, television, and film, including a spot as an LA Laker Girl in the HBO series, Winning Time. As of 2025, she has also expanded her career to the NFL, becoming a professional cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Beyond performing, Sarah is also a writer and producer. She wrote and produced the sci-fi TV show, The Crest, which won Best TV/Episodic at the New Media Film Festival, and its sizzle reel premiered in July 2025 at the LA Shorts International Film Festival. Along with her TV show script, Sarah also released The Crest Novel in 2024. Sarah holds a bachelor's degree in fashion and launched her own clothing brand, "Unfit".

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sarah enjoys traveling and spending time with friends, splitting her time between Tampa and Los Angeles. Passionate about empowering women in the entertainment industry, she lives by her favorite quote: "Be the woman who fixes another woman's crown without telling the world it was crooked."
