Kylie Brown grew up in the mountains of Lake Arrowhead, California, with her Mother, Father, and older sister. Her love for performing was abundantly clear from a young age and has gone on to voice Rachel Amber in the worldwide video game franchise Life is Strange: Before the Storm and film movies like Play the Flute which circulated theaters nation wide.
