- A contemporary artist equipped with his iPad, Jan embraces new technologies to create works rooted in their time, in tune with today's rhythm. A lifelong resident of Monaco, he has had the opportunity to hold several exhibitions there, as well as in the surrounding region, and had the honor of exhibiting at the Palais DE Tokyo in Paris.
Jan won a young artists competition in the digital category in Paris, which led to his works being displayed for several weeks on Air France buses circulating throughout the capital.
At the same time, he directed and produced two short films: the first for International Womens Rights Day, which was widely shared and received international attention; the second for the Met Ball, where he created digital artworks projected onto iconic buildings in New York.
He primarily uses sublimation to reproduce his works on aluminum, while also exploring other mediums, including custom wallpaper designs for institutional clients.
Intuition drives his entire creative process. Jan depicts whatever captures his attention, translating his thoughts and emotions through abstract forms and vibrant colors. His works provoke and fuel debate, dividing opinion between those who see him as merely a skillful maker and those who celebrate the emergence of a truly innovative artist.
