- Paul Ovidiu Oltean was born in Northern Romania (Transylvania) In the small mountain town of Bistrita and is one of 8 children. Paul took interest in filming at a young age, filming with anything he could get his hands on. In high school he filmed many Skateboarding and BMX videos. After High School Paul took a break from filming to focus on school, with a BA in hand from California State University Of Fullerton, Paul started to focus back on film with a new perspective and new technology Paul has been working in film since.
