Award-winning filmmaker DeWet Du Toit, is featured in the media around the globe regarding his passion to be Hollywood's next Tarzan.

From writing, producing, directing & acting, DeWet & his twin brother made numerous short films and fan films which has over 60 Million views on YouTube with over 230-000 Subscribers. Films include:

• Revenge of Tarzan
• Tarzan: Curse of the Mummy

Combined, they garnered numerous awards including Best Trailer awards, Best Fantasy Short awards, Best VFX, and also Special Mentions at International Film Festivals.

"Tarzan Never Dies" was filmed as part of Tv channel KykNET's 5-part reality show called "Tarzan from George" which follows the twin brothers' journey all the way to Los Angeles where DeWet walks in a loincloth on the Walk of Fame in front of the Jimmy Kimmel offices, meeting with Hollywood agents and also received the blessing from the grandchildren of Edgar Rice Burroughs!

DeWet has been involved in stunts training, Stand-in & picture double departments in the STARZ production "Black Sails", SYFY Channel's "Dominion" & Netflix's "Troy" and working alongside Dolph Lundgren in "SAF3" TV series from the producers of "Baywatch". He appeared on local TV soaps 7de Laan, High Rollers and Binnelanders. Working as production crew on SABC TV productions such as Snake Park, Promises & Signal High was energetic with fast-paced shooting schedules.

He worked as a production assistant on various USA films such as Empire of Sharks & 6-Headed Shark Attack with a bit-part on Monster Island starring Eric Roberts, directed by Mark Atkins from THE ASYLUM. Being on 3 Japanese Reality TV shows as Tarzan with presenter Ayako Imoto for one of the biggest Asian TV Channels called ITTEQ, was a highlight for DeWet. He has also worked on the highly popular world class dinner theatre circus called MADAME ZINGARA, as a fitness model and performer.

He is acquainted with the president of Edgar Rice Burroughs Inc. in California, and has permission for his various authorized Tarzan related film projects. He is also assigned as the African Ambassador for a wildlife organization in California called the "A-Team For Wildlife". DeWet established his own multimedia film production company called "Tarzana Interactive" and is also the founder & owner of the Kaiju Film Festival and the Tarzana Comic Con/Film Festival.
