Biography

Film director and screenwriter based in Madrid. Her work has premiered at Cannes, Berlin, and Toronto, winning the Cannes Jury Prize for Monster God (2019) and premiering her debut feature To Kill the Beast (2021) at TIFF. Co-writer of the Goya-winning, Oscar-shortlisted Belén and Spotify's Número Oculto, her upcoming projects include an English-language debut, Psyche. She was a Rolex Arts Initiative Protégée (mentored by Lin-Manuel Miranda).
