- Dr Paul McGillick is a prominent, Sydney-based writer and editor in the fields of architecture, art and design. He is currently Editorial Director of Indesign Publishing and editor of Habitus and Indesign magazines. He was formerly editor of another prominent architecture and design magazine, Monument.
He is the author of a number of books, has contributed to numerous other books and has written innumerable essays and articles. In addition, he has edited a number of journals over many years. He has contributed to leading newspapers and magazines in Australia and worked extensively in radio (drama and documentaries) and television (arts documentaries and the weekly magazine programmes, Imagine from 1993 -1996 for SBS TV and The Arts Show for ABC TV).
He has also worked in the area of corporate communications, both through his own consultancy and with management training companies such as The Focus Group and Leaderskill. As an applied linguist, he taught and researched for almost twenty years at the University of Sydney.
