Biography

Fabian Santos began his career as a cameraman and editor on ADSAT TV (Brazilian Hope Channel). Two years later he became associate producer and video editor of the TV Show, "It Is Written", which at the time was aired by one of the most prominent Brazilian TV stations, BAND TV. Today that program continues to be aired by BandSat, DirecTV channel 205 and Network CNT. After his experience with "It Is Written," Fabian moved to São Paulo, Brazil and completed a technical course in film production and directing, with famous director Walter Webb. It was during this time, Fabian was able to expand his experience, with the production company SOBRETUDO, editing various institutional and training videos. Following this gig, he was called back to ADSAT TV to become the director and editor of the TV commercial and music video department at that TV station. It was during this time at ADSAT, he directed and edited nineteen TV commercials and thirty-one music videos. Later, he formed Nomad Productions Film Group, during which time he developed seven short movies, twelve music videos and one feature film, "5 Minutes to midnight," as director, producer, screenwriter and editor. During the following two years, he did extensive commercial film production work for a local advertising company, Groove Propaganda, editing seventy-seven TV commercials for major stores and shopping centers, in the area. Most recently, and for the past several years, Fabian served as the manager, producer and director of ELLUN FILMS, a film company based in Tatui, Brazil. It was while there that he produced, directed, wrote and edited several music videos, tv commercials, documentaries and also the award winner short film "VAZIO" (The Void) and his second feature film "Na Frieza do seu Olhar" (Coldfire). After doing six music videos for the singer Viviane and the indie feature film "Trinity Gold Rush" Fabian was hired by KMVT Community Television as a Staff Producer and is also in production of his next feature film "Under Another Sky".
