Biography

Charlotte Hughes was born in Minneapolis, MN to parents Amanda Degener and Robert Hughes. In her senior year of high school, she began her work on film crews in the Twin Cities area. She made her feature film debut into filmography in The Jingle Dress (2014) directed by William Eigen as a Production Assistant. She then worked on the independent film The Public Domain (2015) directed by Patrick Coyle where she worked as a Production Assistant, Director's Assistant, and as an Extra. Since then, she has worked in film crews in the Minneapolis area and produced her own pieces in the Los Angeles area.
