Rick Romanowski

Rick Romanowski was born in Chicago, Illinois, USA as Richard Peter Romanowski. He grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and currently resides in the Chicago suburbs. After seeing Titanic (1997) at the age of 7, he knew he wanted to make movies. At first he wanted to be a writer; submitting short stories and poems to online publications, and eventually learning how to write, edit and breakdown scripts. While storytelling was always something he was good at, he found his true passion in editing. As a teen, he worked at Naperville Community Television editing news packages and live interviews. In 2012, he graduated Columbia College with a bachelor's degree in fine arts, and a concentration in post-production. Though he still retained his interest in writing. He is currently working as a writer and editor on several projects, and continues to follow his passions.
