In 2013 she joined the team at The Factory, Barrow Street where she began her casting career with Maureen Hughes Casting. Over the years she moved from Assistant to Associate Casting Director. In 2019, she became Casting Director at Ireland's national theatre, the Abbey Theatre in Dublin. In late 2023, after four years there she started working freelance alongside Áine O'Sullivan in both screen and theatre.
