Anthony Leroy is a Canadian filmmaker known for his chaotic horror-comedy films that blend SOV (shot-on-video) techniques and aesthetics with found footage stylings. As the co-founder of Elytra Collective, Anthony writes, directs, edits and acts, producing provocative, genre-bending works like his latest satirical horror piece "BUM" (2025) and his baseball slasher comedy short film "Worm Burner" (2024). Leroy's DIY approach and unapologetic storytelling is characterized by the punk spirit of independent cinema and has earned him a cult following at festivals like Cabane à Sang.
