Michael Rowland stars as Shred in the hit FOX comedy "Animal Control," alongside Joel McHale, which is filming its fifth season in the summer of 2026 for release in 2027. Originally from Atlanta, GA, he is a New York-based stand-up comedian and actor. He made his late-night TV debut on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" and was honored as a New Face at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. He's been featured multiple times on "This Week at the Comedy Cellar" on Comedy Central, as well as "Stupid Questions" with Chris DiStefano and "Pause Funniest Stand Up" competition for New York Comedy Festival. You can hear him on his podcast, "In The Minivan," and he co-hosts the monthly show Laughodills in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
