Biography

Suzanne Harrison joined Northern Ireland Screen in January 2012 as the Senior Funding Executive. In June 2013 she became the Funding Manager, and in June 2023 she became the Head of Funding. Suzanne manages the Funding Department including the operation of production and development funding programmes across all sectors in the screen industry.

Suzanne previously worked for BBC's UK corporate charity, BBC Children in Need, managing the grants administration process and supporting locally funded projects and fundraisers. She was a National Support Assistant from September 2007 to September 2008, and was then a National Officer from October 2008 to December 2011.

Suzanne worked at Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council first as a Receptionist and Administrator from July 2000 to February 2005, then as a Clerical Officer from March 2005 to August 2007.

Suzanne graduated from Ulster University in June 2003 with a Bachelor of Science with Honours, Communication, Advertising and Marketing. She then went on to get a Level 4 Diploma in Management from the Chartered Management Institute in April 2005.
