  • Jacqueline Xerri is a writer, director and editor based in New York who enjoys telling female-focused stories of self-realization. She's a Black List Recommended writer (Top 1% of Scripts) and Cinestory Feature Film Fellowship Semifinalist.

    Upon graduating from Florida State University's College of Motion Picture Arts, Jacqueline wrote, directed, and co-edited the short film Monkey Bars which was executive produced by Ethan Lazar (The Witch) and features Millie Shapiro (Hereditary). It was nominated for Best Narrative at NFFTY 2022 and was Critics' Choice at the Cinema Femme Short Film Festival 2021.

    Jacqueline works for the Brooklyn production studio, Yacht Club Films, and edits and directs commercials and music videos. She's worked with musical artists like Ivri under Warner Music Group and Laila! with her viral hit 'Not My Problem'. Her commercial clients include Etsy, Dunkin' Donuts, 1800 Tequila, Jose Cuervo, and more.

    Her feature screenplay, 'The Year The World Ended' ranks among the top 1% of projects on The Black List, and is a SemiFinalist of the CineStory Feature Film Fellowship and the Imagine This Women's Film Festival.
