Mika Altskan is an award-winning cinematographer recognized for his poetic visual style and versatility across cinematic genres from feature films to short form and high-profile music videos. He is best known for his acclaimed impromptu Odds and Ends (2018), his sweltering 35mm depiction of New York in Notice to Quit (2024), and a portrayal of untamed Smadar (2022) which earned him the Parajanov-Vartanov Institute's Best Cinematography Award. Mika's work has been showcased at major film festivals like SXSW and the Independent Spirit Awards, while his commercial and music video collaborations have received top industry awards at D&AD, Clios, and the UK Music Video Awards.
