Has been a professional snooker player since 1991.

Resembles the Bulgarian footballer Martin Petrov.

His breakthrough came when he reached the final of the European Open in 2001.

His ranking number is 10 as of 1 December 2015.

Is a fan of Arsenal.

Obviously I am chuffed to bits, it is everything I ever wanted these past few years to win a ranking title. I've worked so hard for it and it feels brilliant.
