- Ron Ellis was born on January 8, 1945 in Lindsay, Ontario, Canada. He is known for September 1972 (1997), 1967 Stanley Cup Finals (1967) and 1965 NHL All-Star Game (1965). He was married to Jan Ellis. He died on May 11, 2024 in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.
