As owner of Apogee Media (New York / Bangkok), he develops genre features as US-Thai and Korean-American co-productions, with a short film body of work that has earned recognition from the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival and across the international genre festival circuit. Beyond producing, Matlock also sources genre titles for a network of Asian distributors and vertical platforms across Greater China and Southeast Asia. Based in New York and Bangkok.
