He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1955.In 1963, he plays first role in the movie A fost prietenul meu.Other notable roles in films : Chained Justice (1984), Napasta (1982) and Apoi s-a nascut 'Legenda' (1969).
