Finian Makepeace is Co-Founder of Kiss the Ground and producer of the award winning films Kiss the Ground and Common Ground, as well as Groundswell, winner of the Golden Globe for Best Documentary. A leading voice in regenerative agriculture and soil health, he has helped bring regeneration into mainstream culture, business, and policy.
Through storytelling, education, and advocacy, his work has mobilized farmers, policymakers, and global audiences alike. He created the Soil Advocate Training, reaching 5,000+ participants across 30 countries, and led the 125+ organization Regenerate America campaign, helping advance regenerative agriculture into U.S. Farm Bill discussions.
In 2025, Finian founded Regeneration Media Inc., a storytelling and communications company focused on regenerative agriculture and land stewardship.
Finian is also a Founding Partner of The Ryzosphere and Eco Studio One.
