Renowned Producer Giancarlo Nasi is a visionary filmmaker and founder of the Chilean Film Academy, recognized for his innovative contributions to global cinema. His work has garnered acclaim at the most prestigious international festivals, including Cannes, Venice, Berlin, and Sundance, with films that consistently push creative and cultural boundaries.

Nasi produced The Settlers (Los Colonos), Chile's official selection for the 2024 Academy Awards, a critically acclaimed historical epic that premiered at Cannes. His production credits also include White on White, winner of the Best Director Award at the Venice Film Festival's Horizons section; Zafari and Horizonte among others. His expertise spans genres and formats, with highlights like The Exiles, a Chile-Spain co-production.

With over a decade of experience, Nasi has successfully collaborated with filmmakers from more than 17 countries, including Taiwan, Ukraine, Mexico, and France. Most recently, he completed an MBA at UCLA's Anderson School of Business, equipping him with a unique blend of creative and strategic acumen.
