Kama Sood is a filmmaker based in Vancouver, Canada. His directorial work has received multiple accolades and screened at film festivals including the Newport Beach Film Festival, SoHo International Film Festival, Whistler Film Festival, and others.
In addition to directing, Kama is a member of IATSE Local 669 and works as a 1st Assistant Camera on feature films, television series, and commercials. His background directing character-driven dramas, combined with his technical experience behind the camera, has given him a deep appreciation for visual storytelling and the collaborative craft of filmmaking. Kama approaches every project, regardless of scale, with the same passion, curiosity, and commitment to serving the story.
