Brian Beaulieu(I)

Formally trained as an archaeologist at the University of Calgary, Brian worked in the field for fourteen years before making the switch to the film industry. After graduating, with honors, from SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) in the RTBN (Radio, Televion and Broadcast News) program, Brian did a short stint as a switcher for Global News Calgary before making the jump to the world of film and television production. After several shows in various PA positions, Brian got the opportunity to move into the Special Effects and Properties departments where he continues to work. As well as working on set, Brian enjoys writing. He has written several features, shorts and web series' and has garnered success in writing contests. He has reached the second round on two separate occasions at the Austin Film Festival in the category of Drama Feature.
