- Climans has been a member of the Mississauga Writers Group since December 2015. He went on to become their Social Media Coordinator, as well as co-write, direct, and co-star in a short comedy play for their 2016 Write On Festival. In 2017 and 2018, respectively, the play's first two sequels were made by Climans as well, who reprised the role of co-writer and co-star both times.
- Was encouraged to pursue work with IATSE Local 873 by Samuel Kosub, with whom he attended high school. Since then, Climans has been a permit worker with said local, working as a labourer on such productions as Suits (2011), Killjoys (2015), Designated Survivor (2016), and Star Trek: Discovery (2017).
- Grew up in Newmarket, Ontario, which is also the hometown of Canadian comedians John Candy and Jim Carrey.
- For his work as a member of the Mississauga Writers Group, and as a freelance writer (including on the film Depth of Pyaar (2019)), Climans was chosen a finalist in the Emerging Literary Artist category for the MARTY awards in 2017 and 2018 respectively. These awards are hosted by the Mississauga Arts Council.
- First met frequent collaborator Jasmine Sawant through the Mississauga Writers Group, of which they are both members. It was Sawant who introduced Climans to filmmaker Mukesh Asopa. All three of them later worked together on Depth of Pyaar (2019).
- He first met recurring collaborator Gunja Chakraborty when he saw her perform in the play "Savita Weds Satish", which was co-written by Jasmine Sawant.
- Was taught by Rick Kaulbars and Sharon Buckingham at Algonquin College in Ottawa for a 1-year postgraduate Scriptwriting Program. Among his classmates were Nathan Gillespie, Joshua Robert Bateman, Katrina Tortorici, Stef Armstrong, Kolin Casagrande, and Kathleen To.
