Mostafa is a Middle East based cinematographer. In 2021, he was selected into the ASC's Vision program where he was mentored by Emmy-Award winning George Mooradian, ASC. Mostafa is best known for his work on Hisham Saqr's debut feature entitled Certified Mail (2019), which premiered at TIFF, and his various collaborations with award-winning filmmaker Ahmad Abdallah on Exterior/Night (2018) and 19-B (2022). Mostafa is the cinematographer on Ali El Arabi's (Captains of Za'atari, 2021) most recent film shot during the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Also on Ahmad Abdallah's first documentary feature 'Take my Eyes'
