David Matthew Jenkins is an American actor born in Evansville, Indiana. He attended acting and modeling school as a teenager and dreamed of moving to Hollywood to pursue a career. Upon high school graduation, he was extended an offer to one of the nation's oldest military colleges on an Army ROTC scholarship and was soon commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. He completed his bachelor's degree from Indiana University, where he also took introduction to drama and acting classes. Following a career move to Hawaii, he began auditioning and doing local commercials. His relaxed Midwestern style soon proved an asset as directors found him easy to work with on camera. He was first cast in the sequel film, Wiener Dog Internationals (2014) by Fromage Pictures, where he played a photographer covering the world of international wiener dog racing. Film maker Eric Nemoto then signed him on to star as Brian in Yellow Brick Studios/Island Film Group's comedy, Juniper Lane (2016). Internationally, Jenkins has appeared in Germany as a lawyer in the Katie Fforde made for TV movie series, Ein Haus am Meer (2019). He plays Bill Wilson a secret service agent in the sci-fi thriller First Signal (2021) and starred as Commander Lloyd Bucher in the docudrama, Pueblo (2023). Jenkins lives with his family in Los Angeles.

David Matthew Jenkins has spent time in Europe vacationing in Rothenburg Germany, Bruges Belgium, Strasbourg and Paris France.
From his service in the US Military, much in the same traditions of Hollywood legends and WWII Veterans Clark Gable, Hal Holbrook, Audie Murphy, James Stewart and others, Jenkins represents the modern-day Citizen Soldier/Patriotic American Actor.
David Matthew Jenkins earned his Airborne jump wings from the US Army Airborne School.
Before leaving the Army to become an actor, Jenkins saw many promotions and eventually reached the rank of Colonel. He was honorably discharged and awarded the Legion of Merit. He continues to be a strong supporter and advocate for military families.
In 2016, Jenkins published "Becoming A Great Leader," a hardcover leadership book, and it is now available on Amazon in paperback (2021) and Kindle audio (2023).

Unexpected opportunities will present themselves. You will gain friendships, education, property, stocks, IPOs, business ownership, prosperity, love and all of the wonderful things that come along when you answer the knock at your door and meet opportunity.
Being aware of what is happening around you is important. Stay focused on what is important. Enjoy the moments that are happening now. Recognize others' special moments. Birthdays, anniversaries, and awards people receive are important to them. These things may seem little, but they are incredibly meaningful to others, and those people will remember your recognition.
