Biography

Terrell Christopher Holden is a German-speaking Chicago native and actor, writer, producer, stand-up comedian, and director of Irish, Native American (Seminole), and Papua New Guinean heritage. He began his screenwriting career in Cologne, Germany, as a staff writer for Cologne-Gemini Film Produktion GmbH, where owner Gerhard Schmidt recognized his talent after reviewing one of his screenplays. Terrell went on to write for A2T2 Film Produktion GmbH and Picture Puzzle Medien GmbH, ultimately selling a TV pilot to Endemol Entertainment Holland (now Endemol Shine).

As a stand-up comedian performing under the name Cory Woods, Terrell launched his career at Flanagan's Irish Pub in Cologne and later performed at the renowned NightWash stage hosted by Klaus-Jürgen Deuser. He has appeared at the Cologne Comedy Festival, numerous clubs across Germany, and the prestigious Rose d'Or Festival in Switzerland, and he remains active in the Chicago comedy scene.

Terrell wrote The Loyal Disorder, based on the true story of former Chicago Outfit Capo Tony Lucca. The book by Peter Guzaldo became a #1 Amazon bestseller, and his screenplay adaptation is currently being pitched to major studios.

He also stars as Det. Milo Barnes in the Amazon Prime series Sangre Negra: Black Blood and was recently cast as Samson in the upcoming movie Crossbones & Roses. Terrell is developing a zombie TV pilot A Place In This World , and contributes as a writer for No Strings Attached E-News magazine.
