Janet Pagliarini

Janet Pagliarini was born in Civitavecchia, on July 4th, 1990. She approaches cinema at 19 years old, training as a make-up artist in Rome, at "Accademia Gil Cagné". Later she attends "Accademia Nazionale del Cinema di Bologna" in Bologna, training as a director and screenwriter. In 2012 she studies cinema at UCLA, Los Angeles, studying the making of film and television. She works in several other departments in the following years, in cinema and tv, from sound department, to editing, to director assistant, before directing her first short movie "Shirley and Baby" in 2018. She also works as a photographer and currently lives in Rome.
