Will Rosellini is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and patent strategist specializing in biotechnology, medical devices, and deep tech innovations. With a robust academic background, he holds a JD, MBA, and four master's degrees in Accounting, Regulatory Science, Bioinformatics, and Neuroscience. Early in his career, Rosellini demonstrated athletic prowess, earning U.S. Silver and Bronze Medals on the Junior Olympic Team in 1995 and 1997, respectively. He was a 16th round draft pick for Arizona Diamondbacks.

Rosellini has founded or co-founded multiple companies, including MicroTransponder (2005, as founding CEO, focusing on neurostimulation technologies), Nexeon MedSystems (which went public in 2017), Sarif Biomedical LLC (acquired by Marathon Patent Group), Lexington Technology Group LLC (exited to DSS NYSE). As of 2026, he is President of CytoImmune Therapeutics Inc., a clinical-stage biotechnology company, and a patent strategist at PatentVest, where he helps transform patent strategies into competitive advantages for deep tech startups.

He holds numerous patents in areas like neurostimulation, tinnitus treatment, and medical asset monitoring, including "Timing Control for Paired Plasticity" (US 9,345,886 B2) and "Systems, Methods and Devices for Treating Tinnitus" (US 8,934,967 B2). His expertise extends to intellectual property, IoMT (Internet of Medical Things), blockchain, and human augmentation, with publications in journals such as IEEE and Neuromodulation.
