Abhay Vakil

Abhay Vakil is an Indian actor and writer known for his grounded performances and instinctive approach to storytelling. Over the years, he has appeared in several popular television shows, including Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki, Silsila Pyaar Ka, Kehata Hai Dil, Kehana Hai Kuchh Mujhko, Kaarthika, Paalkhi, Zaara, Salaam Zindgi, Teen Bahuraniyaan and Teri Meri Love Story - Devdas. These roles helped him understand character-building and the rhythm of visual storytelling from both artistic and technical perspectives. He studied filmmaking and screenwriting in New York, expanding his narrative vision. Today, Abhay also writes for films and web series, blending his acting experience with a strong understanding of story, emotion, and human detail. Abhay’s creative foundation as a writer has been shaped early in his career while assisting celebrated writer Suraj Sanim on Gardish and working closely with the late Neeraj Vora on iconic films such as Rangeela, Satya, and Hera Pheri. He is also featured in modeling campaigns for brands like Westside, Bagpiper, Colgate, Kwality Ice Cream, BPL Mobile, Kinetic Motorbike and Simba Chips.
