Kiarash Asadizadeh

Kiarash Asadizadeh is an acclaimed Iranian filmmaker with extensive expertise in directing, writing, editing, producing, and financing both short and feature films, as well as television series. He has showcased his work at numerous international film festivals and has garnered several prestigious awards for his contributions to the industry. He is the first Iranian filmmaker who, in 2011, made the first underground film in Iranian cinema titled Acrid outside the regulations and frameworks of supervisory and censorship bodies. The film was banned from screening in Iran and international markets for four years.
