- Sarah Agha is an actress, presenter and writer. She plays series regular Betsy Temple in the TV period drama 'The Hardacres'. She also co-hosted the award-winning BBC documentary series 'The Holy Land And Us' about 1948 Palestine. Other screen credits include the critically acclaimed BFI / Film 4 feature 'Layla' by Amrou Al-Kadhi and 'Into The Badlands'. Theatre credits include roles on stage with the Royal Shakespeare Company and The Globe. Sarah works regularly as a voiceover artist (The Guardian, Audible, BBC Radio 3 and 4). She is the founder of The Arab Film Club and produced and presented their inaugural podcast series on Palestinian Cinema. Before performing professionally, Sarah read Theology and Middle Eastern Studies at Trinity College Dublin. Her acting training includes courses with the National Youth Theatre, the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the New York Film Academy. Sarah has been awarded a BAFTA Connect membership for her contribution in the industry so far.
