Stephen Davey was born Stephen Allen Smith on November 2, 1969 in Akron, OH. In 1973, he was adopted by Jackie (Sudlow) and Bruce Davey of Medina, OH where he was raised with a love for the arts.
Stephen's first solo CD, It's About Time, was released in July of 2003. Since then, he has appeared on multiple compilation CD's, created by 870 Records, to assist charitable causes. Other artists on these compilations include Ellis Paul, Mike Biggar, Jeff Smith, The Bacon Brothers, and Roy Orbison.
Outside of music, Stephen's involvement in the art world includes photography, painting, sculpture, and acting.
