With over 12 years in independent and studio films and in returning and limited HETV across Production and Accounts and with a conscious shift into talent and script developing in the last 8 years, Fozia is now an award winning Producer and founder of Public Display of Affection Films, an emerging Film and TV production company showcasing ambitious and authored storytelling from across the globe. In 2020 her short film HOME, was selected for numerous international short film awards and winner of the Best English Short Film at the Short Film Awards 2021. Fozia is adapting the play BRAIDS into a feature film with the BFI and is also working with Sky Drama on her debut TV show, IT'S MY PARTY. In 2022 Fozia was selected onto Birds Eye View's Filmonomics Producers programme and Creative England's Market Trader Programme. Most recently Fozia became Treasurer of film charity, Reclaim The Frame, A film charity that advocates female and non-binary film makers.
Fozia is a member of Bafta Connect and was named as a Producer to Watch by MIPTV 2023.
