Biography

Jacquelyn Landgraf is an actress, director, and writer. She is the Artistic Director of The Elysian Theater in Los Angeles and an alumna of the award-winning avant-garde theater company, the New York Neo-Futurists. Jacquelyn is the creator of the cult-hit serial fiction podcast It Makes A Sound (originally written for Night Vale Presents and now on the Realm network), and is the voice of Deirdre Gardner. She co-produced the original soundtrack album of the show, Wim Faros: the Attic Tape. She graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Atlantic Theater Company and the Experimental Theatre Wing.

Jacquelyn Landgraf is the co-producer (with Vincent Cacchione) and co-lyricist (with composer Nate Weida) of "Wim Faros: The Attic Tape," the original soundtrack album of It Makes A Sound. Her voice is featured on the album, along with co-stars Annie Golden, Melissa Mahoney, and Nate Weida.

Jacquelyn is a long-time faculty member at the Atlantic Acting School, where she is a master teacher of Practical Aesthetics. For over a decade she taught the NYU/Tisch undergraduate acting students.
