Anindgita Dasgupta, embarked on a journey to redefine cinema with socially conscious narratives as a trans-formative power of cinema in shaping society's narrative. Through her banner The Aani Entertainment. Anindgita’s transition into contemporary music has been nothing short of a scalpel-sharp questioning of some practices. Her recent music tracks "Drama Fame Gossip", "Baby I was hypnotized," and "Babuyaa na Baan paye megastar" are not mere entertainment. Drama Fame Gossip got and Baby I was hypnotized got awards from film festivals organized at USA(Hollywood, Los Angeles, New York), London, Milan and Athens. Her debut film "Bandh" featuring stalwart actors from Bengal film industry marked the beginning of her ascent in the industry. In 2022, her bilingual web series "Kuch Kuch Film Jaisi" was screened internationally and has earned over 143 accolades, honorable mentions and nominations.
