He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1952.In 1972, he plays first role in the movie Padurea pierduta .Other notable roles in films : Somnul insulei (1994) and Salutari de la Agigea (1984). He died on July 4, 2012 in Constanta,Romania.
