Biography

Selin Uzal was born in Istanbul. Both her mother and father are oncologists.

She is a known Turkish Actress and a producer for her roles in hit shows as Love for Rent, Forbidden Apple, Unlimited Journeys and the film InterReflections.

She completed her primary education in Ankara. She attended Bilkent University High School studying English, and then attended Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. She graduated with a degree in Political Science. She then attended summer school at The London School of Economics studying International Relations. She speaks French and is fluent in English.

She took acting classes while attending middle school at the Hacettepe University Conservatory. Then in 2007 while in Los Angeles she attended summer school at the New York Film Academy. While continuing her higher education in 2011 she attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, studying both theater and Musical Theater. In 2012 she attended New York University for the Performing Arts. Before graduating in 2013 from Pepperdine University she won a fellowship in Screenwriting.

While in high school she performed in many school plays. She also performed in musicals for the AmericanTurkish Society. In 2009 she performed as a amateur in a London Musical.
