Tania Amsel is a writer from Wales, who recently graduated from the National Film and Television School Screenwriting MA and was signed to Lark Management.
Her TV pilot Deep Six, was shortlisted for the BAFTA Rocliffe Award in 2023. Tania has also written extensively for theatre with credits including Whose Crime (Arcola Theatre), Blood Orange (Old Red Lion), Lollipop (Theatre Royal Stratford) and Barwick Green (Tron Theatre, Glasgow).
Her writing for audio includes episodes on Big Finish: Doctor Who and award-winning radio play Fly Girl for BBC radio, and she has written several short films, including It's Nothing, which played at the London Film Festival in 2021, and short film Capture and animation short The Last Garden.
She is in development with Pathé productions on a new TV series the idea loosely based on her play Blood Orange and in distributing negotiations for Deep Six and TV series; Forget Me Not.
