  • Harriet Weaver is a writer, producer, and actor trained at UC Irvine and Yale University.

    In her career as an actor and producer, Harriet studied under legendary director Wynn Handman and brought shows to Broadway while working at Blue Spruce Productions. As an actress in theater and film, she appeared in Yale Rep's production of Hamlet starring Paul Giamatti, Stella's Last Weekend starring Nat and Alex Wolff, Mary Go Nowhere at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and The Christians at Playwrights Horizons. At Yale, Harriet earned a B.A. in Theater Studies with Distinction while studying under Harold Bloom, starring in 13 undergraduate productions, and attending Circle in the Square Theatre School's summer program. She has acted in film, web series, voice over, sketch comedy, and theater.

    As a writer, Harriet received an MFA in creative writing from the University of California, Irvine. She was also an instructor of poetry and composition. Harriet has produced short films, and has written poetry, novels, and half-hour TV comedy.
