Chazz Ellis

Chazz Ellis was born in Canton, Ohio but his family relocated to Tennessee when he was 12 years old. Early on, Chazz was known for getting into fights with the other kids and being a class clown. He would do impressions of teachers, preachers, and parents to make the other kids laugh. Chazz was also know as an expert in making wise cracks and this talent often got him into fights with the other kids. By the time Chazz Ellis was in high school, he had been in so many fights that his father suggested that he take up boxing to learn discipline and self-control. Chazz excelled at the sport won several amateur matches including a Tennessee Golden Gloves title.

When Chazz was forced to stop boxing due to a shoulder injury, he tried his hand at everything from selling cars to law enforcement until finally finding his way back to his first love: making people laugh. Chazz started performing at clubs. While working on his budding comedy career, Chazz revisited acting, something that he first became interested in when he played Mercutio in an elementary school production of Shakespeare. Chazz went on to be in several college and community plays until eventually landing television roles in shows like: Snapped, Homicide Hunter, Fatal Attraction and several others.

Chazz also decide to use the things that he learned from his many careers and life experiences to start an advice channel on YouTube called AskChazzEllis. Chazz was able to gain a excellent following and is now hosting live events.

Chazz Ellis continues to hone his acting craft and perform stand up comedy.
