Muthoni Gathecha is a seasoned Kenyan actress aged 57. Initially a psychology graduate, she found acting and has starred in multiple local TV Series and Feature films. Her roles on TV include as: Acolyte - Netflix SENSE 8 Sn 2, Salome - COUNTRY QUEEN, Margaret - Pray & Prey (NTV), Mama Digital - Mama Digital (Ebru TV), Skandals Kibao (KTN), Mother-in-law - Mchungaji (NTV) & This is life.

She has also acted in multiple films including: RAFIKI (2018) DISCONNECT (2018) GET ME A JOB (2014) ,THE NEXT DEAN (2014), BLACK WEDDING (2014), CLOSE KNIT CLUB (2014), STELLA (2014), SHORTFALLS (2014), STELLA (2015), OYUNGI (2015).

She has also participated in multiple Theatre plays in Kenya including Gangsta's paradise.

Her most popular commercial work includes Snickers (2019), Startimes (2018/2019) and Fay Tissues (2016). She is also a public & motivational speaker.
