Bulat grew up in England and
attended Wycliffe College boarding school where he finished his secondary
education. After that he went on to study at Hurtwood House School for
A-Levels. Having graduated from school Bulat decided to go to The
University of Westminster to study Commercial Music. Having finished
the course, he had a chance to move to Vancouver, Canada the
age of 21 where he started his acting and musical career. He quickly landed roles in student films at first before signing with KC Talent one of the top Vancouver agencies. While with them he landed roles in a hit TV series Supernatural and a FOX TV series Almost Human. At the age of 27 he decided to make his move to Los Angeles to take his acting and musical career to the next stage.
