Almudena Vázquez is a Spanish screenwriter and film director working in film and television.
As a screenwriter, she wrote the feature film Tres de más, produced by Warner Bros. and LaZona. Her television credits include projects for Atresmedia, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, ViX, TVE, and Mediaset. She has worked on series such as Sueños de libertad, Romi, and Regreso a las Sabinas, which received an International Emmy Award nomination.
Vázquez studied film directing at the New York Film Academy. She has also written and directed several short films, which have received more than 250 selections at film festivals worldwide, including SEMINCI and PÖFF Shorts, an Academy Award-qualifying festival.
