D Antoinette Shine

Danee'ta "D Antoinette" Shine's passion for the arts is undeniable. She has been singing and dancing since she was a child, but her love for acting is no less. D Antoinette began seriously pursuing acting after portraying Ruth in the AACPVAC production of "A Raisin in the Sun," under the tutelage of Dr. Herman LeVern Jones. That production opened the door for her to participate in several theatre productions, musicals, television shows, and films, granting her the opportunity to work with great directors and other talented actors.

D Antoinette enjoys the process of acting: lending herself to the character to tell the story in a way that the audience understands, enjoys, and takes something with them when they leave. She likes participating in funny, educational, encouraging, and uplifting productions, as well as those with compelling messages.
